Dear Gene,
We are approaching one-year of living in our 3500 square foot dream home built with your
Styrofoam-panel construction and the results are better than I could have imagined. From the
winter month of Oct 94 through the spring of May95, our utility bills averaged $90 per
month-remember this house is all electric, no gas, and with a wife and three children at home
during the day who do not want to be too cold or hot! The house has two heat pumps and two
52 gallon water heaters. Those in the energy business cannot believe the low energy bills for a
house of this size,but Gene, you were right all along. I have enclosed copies of my energy bills
for those who want to see them for themselves. A side benefit that we didn't consider was the
ability to significantly reduce outside noise because of the panel construction.
Back in December of 1993 you and I discussed the concept of building this house using your
panel technology and you said it would beat all other types of construction in energy savings and
ease of construction - you were right. The key is having the right crew put the panels up. To
that end, your support was first class and always there whenever I needed some expert advise.
In every instance, you were always honest and up front, never saying something you thought I
might want to hear but rather telling me just the facts. You are a rarity in the business
world-customer service, honesty and follow-up support always being the very best.
I continue to tell people the merits of your company and the
advantages of the Styrofoam-panel construction. In closing

did to make Cassandra's and my dream house come
